Can ps4 controllers charge wirelessly?

The new-and-improved DualShock 4 controller for the PlayStation 4 is one of the best gamepads on the market, and it's fairly versatile. If you have a newer DualShock 4 with a light bar above the touchpad, you can even use it with your PC games that support PlayStation controllers.

But what about charging? How do you keep the controller fully juiced when you're rocking out on your Sony console?

The answer is simple: You don't. There's no such thing as wireless charging for a PlayStation 4 controller. In fact, any PS4 controller charger you see online is likely to be a third-party option that requires either a USB port or an outlet to work.

However, you need to buy a charging receiver that you put on the back of your controller. This receiver will allow your controller to charge wirelessly by using the USB port. All you have to do is add a wireless charging receiver on the back of your controller, and you can charge your controller wirelessly.
